ALSO I HAVE A CLEAN RECORD NEVER BEEN IN TROUBLE
Scott T****** has allegedly, broken the 8th amendment by signing off on an excessive bail bond.
In the State of Tennessee, I was charged $2500 on a bond that should have not exceeded $1000 in the State of Tennessee. Even if the magistrate set an excessive bond, as a LICENSED and INSURED bail bondsman, Scott should have known the law and known that the bail was not only excessive, but also not the average bail for public intoxication charges he's had in the past. He could have corrected the false amount made by the magistrate or at least informed the magistrate it was excessive.
According to the Tennessee Law it says:
In Tennessee, the maximum bail for a misdemeanor charge is $1,000. Public intoxication is a Class C misdemeanor in Tennessee, and the maximum penalty is a $50 fine and 30 days in jail. However, the specific facts of each case can lead to significant variations in the penalties.
Bail Bond Process for Public Intoxication in Tennessee
Bail Amount: The bail amount for public intoxication in Tennessee is typically set by the court and can vary depending on the circumstances of the arrest. As a general rule, the bail amount is around $500 to $1,000.
Bail Bond Premium: In Tennessee, bail bond companies are allowed to charge a non-refundable premium of up to 10% of the total bail amount. For public intoxication cases, this means a
    premium of $50 to $100.
This review is in the process of still being alleged, but I wouldn't trust these demons. I would go elsewhere and learn bail bond laws.
