      On this past Saturday the refrigerator went out in my room, I had just gone grocery shopping. I called the maintenance person on call and no one responded Until Monday, today. All of the items in the refrigerator were dumped fresh food thrown away. I called management and asked to be reimbursed at least $20 of the items, I have a receipt for the food. She said they couldn't do that, I had to ask for the corporate number and I cannot get anyone to email me or return a phone call, I don't think the corporate number is even listed. I find it a crime to throw food away in the state of this economy and the world today and no one cares. This is the third time since staying here I've had to throw food away due to cockroaches. I cannot let this go unattended and unresolved. A simple reimbursement for now to put food on my table would suffice. Obviously I am poor or I wouldn't have to be living here still I pay $1,600 a month. I'm asking for only $20 for milk bread half of a charcuterie plate eggs and cheese I don't think that is too much to ask.
      I myself personally had my vehicle stolen from the parking lot last month I'm out of work now because I can't get to work I don't have the $20 to be throwing away food. Point blank. I need this company contacted I don't need rent deducted I need food put on my table. Now. I have to be able to eat and nobody at this company seems to care but it's on them I had to throw my groceries away for the third time. I am not going to stay quiet about this. Period. FYI- I am staying at the location of **** *** *** ************ ** ****** That wasn't listed in the drop down menu.

      Thank you so much for reaching out concerning your issue.  We have reviewed the calls from corporate and we did not have an official complaint. We require the corporate number be posted on every refrigerator in every room. It is unfortunate, your refrigerator stopped working and we certainly understand any loss that may have occurred. With regards to pests in the room, we conduct monthly pest control. If our guests are experiencing issues pests - we will gladly request a special service from our Pest Control vendor. 

      While we do not have the ability to provide you with cash funds. We will gladly provide you 1 night for free to allow you to recoup any loss.

      11/23/2023 Paid for a full week rental on a room. Could not even sleep there the first night because of the noise. Moved out the following morning 11/24. The manager ******** assured me it was Quiet there. First room she put us in had a running barking dog above us. She said she did not know it was there. She moved us to room ***. Said she could not move us anymore. That night 10 PM neighbor in room *** started Blasting loud music. Called office over and over CPO would never answer phone. Finally 12 am called police. As soon as police left they started loud music again plus banging on the wall. This went on till 6am. Office was closed that day due to Thanksgiving. We left the room 9am that morning. Reached out to management 11/25 explained what happened. Inquired about some kind of refund. She stated she would call me back never did. Called corporate office same thing. Been over a week now no one has gotten back in touch. I feel like I should get some of my money back. Was lied to by the property management about the place being peaceful and quiet, plus no active CPO

      While in room *** - we investigated the allegations of the "running barking dog" - there was no dog. It was determined there was a small child located in close proximity. Unfortunately, we can not control all children's activity while living in such close quarters. In addition, we received no phone calls on our emergency line due to noise complaints.  All phone calls went directly to our office after the close of day, we would not have responded until the following business day.  We were made aware the local authorities were called due to loud music and have addressed this. In addition, terminate employment of Courtesy Patrol.  Finally, in accordance with our Registration Agreement, which was signed at the time of check-in, We have a 100% No Refund Policy "When paying weekly and monthly rates (flex or extended stay), Customer's failure to submit 48-hour written notice to vacate, or failure to move out by 12:00 p.m. on the Check-Out date will result in forfeiture of Customer's security deposit.
