    Business owner, ***** ***** provide an estimate for the turf installation at my home. During the estimate it was discussed that he would maintain careful work to not damage electrical that I had running to my child’s custom playground set. ***** assured me that he would do a great installation for the turf he was installing and leave me with no damages to the electrical I had to the playground set. Upon finishing the job, I reviewed the work and found most of the work to be in order with exception of a few small adjustments that we need to be made regarding landscaping. ***** assured me he would come back if there were needs for that. He seemed honest so I paid him in full. A few hours later, when my landscaping lights were to come on and the bug resistant units also, where to come on for my kids to play without having mosquitoes, I noticed that none of these things were coming on. The timer had not even moved, and I knew that I had an issue with electrical. I contacted ***** right away, telling him a stake or machine must have cut the line that he used. he texted the following to me “Yea sounds like that might have been what happened w/ a nail or something. I shouldn’t have a problem getting you taken care of inside that generous time frame.. thank you for your business and allowing me to show you continued care as promised.. see you soon and will be in touch soon on a day that works for us both most likely next week.. ttyt ~*****” Several weeks went by. I started reaching out to him via text over ten days with no response. I then waited and several days and called. He finally answered. ***** stated that he would not come back to fix damages. I was very upset because I knew this would cost several 100 dollars due to turf having to be removed. He refused to refund any money or to come and repair telling me I was narcissistic to expect him to pay the 30 for materials. I said I would pay materials if he was willing to do the work. He refused again.
