My daughter is adult special needs and needed a larger shower, unfortunately I found Bath Fitter and a great salesman, life time warranty, no caulking what on earth could go wrong: 1. dangerous toe tripper with cement breaking through caulking, 2. had sink and shower when he arrived, had neither when he left (plummer said he had to dig plastic out of drain) 3.left air duct off of return and that caused a lot of other issues ( my air duct did not have flex pipe and the only way to shower was to remove and should have been put back.) 4. left all old shower doors and walls and bathroom sink half full of water. 5. unfullfilled promises - we are going to pay for plumber and do repairs. 2 months later no plumber payment and still looking at cement and caulking as it keeps creeping out and tripped over toe tripper and hurt my back a week and chiropracter to move again. Bath Fitter lifetime warranty means they have a lifetime to say "Oh i'm so sorry, I will do that in 2 days I promise and then cross their fingers and hope you die because lifetime warranty is non transferable. Thank You, ***** ****

We resolved Mrs. ****** issues back in August. She used a plumber, and we reimbursed her.
