    We have returned to this location this yearsfor one key at least 4 times.

    The key was purchased and brought back three times bc it does not work. We were stranded and had to use tow due to key failure. Default manual key has not been successful keyed.

    Upon our return we were told that the store had issues with previous employees and they had received many returns from March of 2024. There is new management and the problem will be rectified.

    The new key however was never ordered. It was cited by employee that the key had a shortage and was somehow causing the battery to lose power at rapid rate. This is the same key purchased there and brought back 2 additional times at this point.

    Two weeks later no key. I called the store I believe the new manager is ***** or ****. He states the note was left on his desk with note was left on his desk with no info and therefore nothing had been done he would order and over night key. On full week later no call again. I reached out to them they have unopened boxes upon checking the key is there. This will be at least our 5 time showing up. This is especially important because the driver is a 16 with fiat car.

    As we have been patient and understanding this is unacceptable and I expect some form of correction on this matter.

    We sincerely apologize for any miscommunication and or time
    lapses in assisting Ms. *****. When she made her original purchase to the best
    of our understanding the fob was working. At some point the fob failed to work,
    and would quickly use batteries causing the fob to no longer function. We did
    communicate and show her how to hold the key fob next to the ignition as the
    car is a push button start and there is a process to always start the car
    without the fob functioning.
    On 10-30-24 we ordered her a new replacement fob at our own
    expense as the original fob was not warrantable. She came in on 11-6-24, at
    that time we reprogrammed and cut her a new key. Before she left we confirmed
    both the new fob and key was working and again apologized for the time it took
    to get her new fob.
    Since the time of replacing her fob we received this
    complaint. Our store manager ****, has reached back out to her and offered a
    50% discount off the cost of the fob she originally paid for. She has agreed to
    the discount and will be coming in for her refund.

    In summation we have fully replaced her fob and key with a
    new one, confirmed it is working. In addition we will be processing a refund in
    the amount of $75.00.s why here...

    I took my ***** watch into the Batteries Plus Bulbs store on ********* **. in Chattanooga, TN to have a new battery installed. Approximately a week earlier I had taken two other ***** watches in for the same thing and had no problem. However, with this watch, I HAD MAJOR PROBLEMS! After picking the watch up, I went home and reset all the calibrations on the watch as expected after a battery replacement, and put the watch on my wrist. I have had the watch almost four years and have worn it 24/7. I work out in it, shower in it, as well as swim in it. THE WATCH IS MADE FOR THIS TYPE USE. That night, I took a shower and by the time I was finished, you could not see the face of the watch due to ALL the moisture inside. The next day I took the watch back to the store, and the manager (****) was there and said he would take of the situation and to give him a few days to get back with me. After three days of no response, I called and they said I could pick up the watch in two days. It was at a jeweler being repaired. I picked up the watch as requested, and on that day the watch did the exact same thing. FULL OF MOISTURE. I took it back again and talked to ****. He assured me he would get it fixed. Four days later I get a call from **** and he said that their company policy did not guarantee water resistant watches not to leak after the seal was broken and that I could pick up the watch. WOW....what a shock. If that was their policy, why was there not a sign posted, or why has the customer service reps never told me this before, that they would not guarantee permanent damage to my watches. PUTTING BATTERIES IN WATCHES IS THEIR BUSINESS! Lastly, if that is their company policy, why did the manager **** ever take my watch back in (2 times) to attempt to repair? Why did he not just tell me there is no guarantee and leave it at that. It is because that is not their policy. I am wanting and feel like I have been totally MISTREATED and would like my watch REPLACED.
