      In February of 2016 we purchased a Queen Bed Boss Mattress Protector for $109 from the same business where we purchased our $1500 mattress. The BB Mattress Protector has a 10 year warranty. 6 years into the warranty the protector is disintegrating and shredding. I have been in constant contact with the company and sent all information to this company including pictures they have asked for regarding the warranty claim. The last correspondence I had from this company was August 1, 2022 @ 12:26pm. They have not responded to my request nor have they sent a replacement for the defective protector.
