    I ordered - and paid for - a weighted blanket duvet on Dec 5th 2024.

    Since then I have called and emailed them many times - no one answers the phone, and no one replies to my emails.

    I purchased a product from this company on November 20th of 2024 and was charged. The estimated wait time at that point was.6 weeks for delivery. I reached out in Late December for an update and receive no information back. And then reached out again, first week of January through email I received a response to the short staffed, but will get back to me. Two weeks later I hadn’t heard back so I wrote again. January 21 I received something That said they would weren’t sure what happened, but they would move my order to the front of the line and get it done by the end of the week. I never got a shipping so I reached out again with no response. Since then, I’ve reached out about every week through 20 February without receiving any more responses.

    Since I’ve never received the product that I paid for I would like my money refunded. If you look at their website now, it just says they’re not taking any more orders and they’re 12 weeks out. That doesn’t explain why they’re not responding to for information about orders.

    Good afternoon.
    I just wanted to let you know that I received a communication on Friday afternoon that my order had been canceled. I was notified of a refund sent to my ****** account on Friday afternoon as well. It is still stating pending at this time, but I’m hopeful it will clear and then we will consider this matter completed.

    I got a message today from ****** saying the refund is taking too long and has not been processing. I have sent a message to the company but am waiting for a response a response.

    I ordered a weighted blanket and eye pillow on 10/28/24 as a Christmas gift. The website states that custom orders take 6 weeks. It is now 12/23/24, which is greater than 6 weeks, and the order has not shippped. I have attempted to contact customer service through the website, by phone, and emailing the orders department and the owner directly. I have not received a response and it has been several days. I request a refund today, as the item is needed for tomorrow and it has not shipped. I really wanted to give this to my brother. It was over $400. Very disappointing.

    I am encouraged to say that the retailer replied on 1/6/25 saying that the order would be sent soon. I let them know that I want a refund at this point. I also let them know that I have also disputed the charge. They sent a message that the order was canceled, and they would give me a refund. They have not issued the refund thus far. I messaged them today, asking when I should expect the refund, and they have yet 

    Thank you for contacting them. It’s probably what encouraged their response.
