      The transition took place on 12/1/2023 and continues until this date 12/20/2023 at 22:15 p.m. The company was formerly called ********** **************. This is a medical transportation, that provided by Medicaid and Medicare services by transporting clients to and from the doctor's office. What I am disputing is Verdia, is calling my appointments and discussing my account without my approval and then checking without reason before I have an opportunity to continue researching the trip for myself. This is a violation of HIPPA laws which guarantee my right to privacy. The company is trying to attack me by indicating that I have the right to my personal privacy in regard to medical care. The utilization board will cancel my treatments even though I am suffering from lung cancer the company Verdia does not even indicate that my trip is to be cancelled until the day of transportation is scheduled to be sent out in this wicked system, thank you for allowing me to share with each person my personal journey. The individual will continue to make progress as long as this system exists, and we continue to rely on Jehovah. All things remain naked and without pressure from this system of things that continues to be strengthened by Jehovah's written word the bible.

      Verida provides transportation for ****** clients. They have no showed and cost me a doctors appointment. I never got to see the doctor. Because of the problems with transportation they are getting close to not accepting me as a patient as this is a new patient appointment. This isnt the first time this has happened. I've filed complaints, nothing changes. I've requested return calls from supervisors and no call comes. I filed complaints with ******** and ******** promises it wont happen again...but it does. i'm blind. I dont deserve this. I didnt ask to be blinded. It wasnt my choice. God forbid your family gets treated like they are an inconvienience because of a disability. ****** stopped reimbusing home health care companies so their could be an alternate means of transportation so we ****** clients are stuck with this. This wastes taxpayer money, costs doctors money, not to mention, the neglect of healthcare for the member. Doctors are now giing us patients warnings of 15 min late is a no show. More than 3 no shows a year and some places will dismiss you as a patient and are making us sign that we have been informed of this. What are we supposed to do when these MCO's get the money to provide our healthcare and neglect even getting us there? Verida makes empty promises, ****** passes the responsibility to ********, ******** blames Verida, and I, the patient go without getting to my doctor
