    On Sept 4th 2024, I Took my vehicle to this shop to have an Amplifier installed, they completed the job and i paid them the amount I owed. They th t caught fire due to their installation. Took the vehicle back to them yesterday for them to fix it and they misdiagnosed and deceived me into believing my amplifier was bad which in return I purchased a new one that was not from them and they promised they could install it with no issues only to find out my previous amplifier was fine. Took the vehicle back to them today to install it and they are trying to charge me $376 to install it.

    We would never guarantee used equipment that we do not sell to have zero issues ever, that is just not possible. We already repaired the ground issue the previous amplifier was having and reinstalled the original amplifier, we also gave the customer a new RCA cable to replace his broken non working cable at no charge. The RCA cable we gave him is a $30.00 value.. So, we fixed the issue for the customer and he left here with it working just like he paid for. The customer bought another used amplifier and wanted us to install for him. However the new amplifier is much more powerful and requires bigger more expensive wiring to support it. It would not be safe to run the new amplifier with the existing wiring.
