    AVOID this store at ALL costs. This place doesn’t even deserve a star. I purchased a phone from this store for around $1000. The day I purchased the phone, the owner gladly took my money and stated “if anything happens to the phone bring it back it is under warranty”. Almost a month later, the screen completely froze and it would not unlock. I attempted to restart the phone with the side buttons. The screen then started glitching with lines all over the screen. For the very short month I had the phone, I treated it like a baby. I never once dropped or scratched the phone. The screen protector, case, and lens protector that I purchased along with the phone, are still in perfect condition. The owner first told me over the phone that I damaged the phone by restarting it and fried the motherboard and it’s not under warranty. I then brought the phone into the store and he told me “you broke the screen” I asked him how, there is no scratch or dent the phone has never been dropped or had any water damage. He said I “broke it internally”??. The owner did not want to honor his “warranty”. The owner himself was extremely rude and is not an honest or trustworthy businessman. Everyone please save your time, money, and disappointment. Shop elsewhere and always purchase brand new.

    We have informed you about the broken device and digitizer shattered with your regular use. Additionally your husband/ boyfriend was violent and cussing over the phone. He wouldn't listen.

    We wanted to file complaint on our store end for harrasing over the phone. After multiple attempts where you wouldn't understand and letting us explain and talk over us . We had to Call 911 and you fled the store as soon as we made the call. 

    We offered you to repair at our cost with no additional cost to labor and you refused. We will still gladly help as long as you pay cost however if you and your boyfriend /Husband comes abusive. We have to file an official report and Ban you from the store.
