    Subject: Longtime Customer Disappointed with Service Experience

    Dear G.R. Rush & Company,
    I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the recent service I received from your firm. As a loyal customer for over 15 years, I have valued the reliability of your service, which makes this experience particularly disheartening. For 10 years, Cleta A****** served as my account manager, providing exemplary service.
    Specifically, I encountered an urgent issue concerning an IRS letter that required immediate attention. As a longstanding client, I expected your team to manage this matter promptly and respond on my behalf. Cleta A****** had been handling this issue until her untimely passing, of which I was not informed. Additionally, I was not notified that another account manager would be taking over my account, leaving me unaware of this critical transition.
    After receiving a third letter from the IRS, warning of a potential lien on my property if left unaddressed, I promptly contacted your firm. Only then was I informed about the change in account management. David D********, who was assigned my case, assured me he would handle the matter. He initially claimed difficulty in reaching the IRS but promised to continue his efforts. However, after receiving no updates, I attempted to follow up with David with no response. This lack of communication and responsiveness is both unacceptable, falling far short of the high standards I expected from G.R. Rush & Company.
    Throughout this ordeal, I felt dismissed, which is not the treatment I would anticipate from this company. Despite my persistent efforts to resolve the issue, your team's inadequate follow-up and lack of communication left me feeling undervalued and frustrated.
    I kindly request an acknowledgment of this letter from your company. While no restitution is necessary, I do expect a response.
