    This business told me on the phone that they knew how to deal with foreign earned income exemptions but then proceeded to mess up my returns proving that they did not. So, they falsely advertised to begin with. With each new version of my returns they went from me owing $9,000 to me getting a $9,000 refund; they got the time frames wrong; in the end we filed the returns with a $7,000+ in refunds and the IRS sent me a letter saying that it was incorrect and they returned a much smaller amount based on the facts. My federal and state returns were filed at such a last minute that I couldn't pay online and had to race to the nearest post office (45 minutes away) to mail a check, and got there with one minute to spare. The whole process was screwed up and when I called to talk to them about it, they wouldn't let me talk to the boss, they accused me of being negligent because I didn't review the drafts thoroughly, and they clearly could have cared less. I paid them $400 for a shoddy job that I'm still not sure was done properly. I would stay away from them.
