  I cannot begin to describe the horrible experience I have had with RP Homes by having them build my first new home ever in the Strawberry Hills Community. I chose this area because it was near my work and was so excited for a new home. The home that they built for me was riddled with issues from day one with things like: a window installed upside down causing a leak, the wrong flooring installed in parts of the home, a backyard that was seeded with “grass” that never grew in, a cracked porch post, and SO many other issues. The worst part is the majority of the warranty issues I have had are still not repaired, even though being reported over nine months ago. The warranty team has not even reached back out to me to arrange for the repairs. This “company” is by far the WORST company I’ve ever done business with. They have fired at least 3-4 contractors since the start of the subdivision and do not even offer solutions or communication to the residents. I foresee a class action filing before it’s over as the majority of the residents are experiencing the same issues as me and are miserable with the company. The sad thing is, the community is full of great people and young families that spent a lot of money to live here and build their dream homes. SHAME ON YOU RP HOMES!

  i had a really bad experience in just trying to reach out to ashly the sales mgr for starwberry hills development in knoxville tn. my realtor and myself made numerous attempts thru emails texts and ph voice messages to reach out over a three day period. there was no response from her. my realtor also tried to reach out to another person named on thier website thru email and phone call to no avail i had to call chattanooga to get some sale associate to get in tocuh with someoent o contact me finally when this person did call me he was derogatory and demeaning to me in his tone and mannerism on the phone after me expressing my appreciation for him calling and was on the phone with him less than a minute when i was also telling him myslef and my realtor had made numerous attempts to reach someone and i myslef had tried all day today as well we had been trying since tuesday. he said to me exact words “ maybe you are not a good fit for us” !i am agahst over this comment he also called my realtor and further belittled me saying .. referring to me as “going to be a problem” he also made a comment to my realtor in a text to her that was NOT TRUE . the rep that said this i further clarified with him he was incorrect in the statement he made. as he called me later in the day asking me to take down the facebook comment i made on their facebook page i told him i would not as i was stating the facts and experience i had in todays situation that was all and since thye have blocked me from their page and looks likie my comments have been removed as well. its been very upsetting to have experienced something such as this. i so wanted to be in this new development now i see the 9/20/2020 comment on this site as well and has produced a level of enlightenment for me i personally experienced a demeanor over the phone in my opinion was hurtful and unporfessional
