      Safety-Kleen sent ****** ********* **** an invoice (#********) on January 9, 2024 for $1,916.556. As the accountant I paid it, then found out beginning of February that we in fact never placed this order with Safety-Kleen nor did we receive this order at all. I immediately phoned them and got the run around. I have been calling them every week since February 1st, 2024. I was told in April they would be issuing a refund check, then again in May, and June. I was finally told that the physical check was cut on July 19th and mailed that day. It is now August 28th and I still have not received the check. I have been communicating with the account manager since June on his cell phone and as of July 31st he stopped returning my phone calls. All we want is the money we paid refunded to us as this was a mistake made by billing at Safety-Kleen. This is unethical and companies cannot just send invoices to companies that do not place orders with them just to see if they can get them to send money for something they didn't order. Ive called every month asking to speak with a manager and I get the same run around each and everytime. It has been 8 months of calling trying to get my companies money back.

      The refund has been processed and will be mailed out as soon as it is created.The reason this refund is
      late is due to the fact we had a transition period where the refund process was
      being moved over to a new group to process the refunds. This refund was not
      forwarded to the new group and thus was left behind and not processed.

      I am rejecting this response because: it has been since January and they have repeatedly stated in phone calls that it was issued and mailed. I still have not received the check and it is almost the end of September. The invoice dates back to January of 2024. I want this check processed and overnighted to me and the tracking number sent to me via the BBB.
