      I've been an Echelon customer for the past two years. I was having an issue with my bike and I contacted customer service. Lauren and Brett went above and beyond and solved the problem swiftly. I'm extremely grateful for their assistance.

      I had a Membership issue and Randy G******* was able to solve the problem which exceeded my expectations. The Echelon customer service is A+ in my opinion. I highly recommend Echelon and their products.

      Brought an Echelon Sport stationary bike November,2021 through Affirm from Walmart. Walmart refused to help since I didn't buy the insurance. Affirm was useless. Affirm states that they will look into it but, I'm not confident this will happen. Affirms office team appears to be in some foreign land and they basically rushed me off the phone. I've used the bike once then the resistance knob locked and will not turn. Called Echelon's customer service team a plethora of times to complain. They sent replacement parts on two separate occasions that were not compatible with my bike. More attempts via phone were made to Echelon's customer service team, walking me through the process of resolution to no avail. Still today, 7/19/22 my bike sits unused and not working. Echelon's team of experts claim that they would escalate this issue to a higher level, and someone would reach out to me in 3-5 business days. Well, that was in June. I haven't heard a word. I've searched the web for a corporate office to escalate this issue myself. Unable to locate a concrete business office however, I did find their business information on this site. I will call next business day.

       We are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience and frustration regarding the repair of your bike. I do see that you reached out on 5/21/22 and we placed an order for the encoder wheel on 5/21/22. The next contact that we had with you was on 6/10/22 when you requested to return the bike. However, when told that we could not refund the bike due to it not being purchased directly from Echelon, you hung up the phone. We are absolutely willing to work with you in resolving this issue and making sure that you have a working bike, whether this means we send a replacement part or we replace the entire bike. I have sent an email to you directly to make sure that you did try to change out the encoder wheel. If you did and are still having an issue then I will be more than happy to replace the entire bike for you. Let's work together on getting this resolved for you! I look forward to hearing back.

      I'm back with an update. My husband receive an email from Lauren P**** the call center manager of Echelon requesting the same information about the mailed part and asking did we attempt to take the fly wheel off to see if the part actual fixed the problem. My response: "Thanks for your email. Unfortunately I'm not a mechanic and I'm not going to dismantle this bike so that I will be liable for it's malfunctioning even further. We can resolve this issue one of three ways, you advising me on where I can drop the bike off for repairs? two, advise me on where I can ship it to you? or a combination of two and three, how can I ship it to you, and when will my replacement arrive? Please advise. I'm waiting for resolution at this point. I will give until August 5th, 2022 for Echelon to actually do something instead of talking about it, before I start a class action law suit or file a claim in small claims court. The ball is in your court Echelon!!
