      Per website description and recommendation. I paid 475.00 for a service that was not completed. The 1st ombre eyebrow sessions she stopped and said she didn't have the right supplies. After the second session, which was painful like the first session. She told me to give it a few days. A few days passed, still no change other than peeling of my eyebrows. She said give it a few more days if nothing changed she would redo. A few days passed. The merchant kept avoiding me for the redo. I then asked for my money back. She said she had to ask her parents. Everyday she was sending me my money but it never came. She asked me to send her cashapp request for the money. I did but still no money... she canceled the request then sent me 150.00. Kept saying she was sending my refund. But never did. Now I'm reaching out for help because this is a buisness. The 3rd time we made an appointment she told me her kid had covid. When I called back, she said she was completing a client and had 3 more to do and would send me my money. Except. She told me her child had covid and her home buisness was still operating. This individual has lied, been very unprofessional, and taking folks money with no results. Please help me.

      The only response I have received is the day she received the BBB notification. She said things would be settled onMondayfor which I have all of the text messages from her. She has not attempted to rectify the situation.
