      I, ******* ******** hired Quality Flooring Installations & Maintenance to do work on my house. I talked with **** ****** the contractor on and he sent me a quote on May 3, 2021. I looked over the quote and asked him when can we get started. **** and I went back and forth about things that needed to be done. He contacted me on June 1, 2021 an said he was running behind on a project and the would get started on the following Monday. I gave **** a check for 2370.00 on June 4th, 2021. to get started. This project had been a long process. He did not tell me at the beginning that he would be doing other projects in between doing my house. I wrote him the last check on 4/4/22. i asked him to come back so many times to redo some things that were not done right. I have cracks in the drywall and work that's was just not done right. For the amount of money I paid for the work it should have been inspected by Mr. ****** before he left the job and done over. And by the way Mr. ****** had been my neighbor for about 15 or more years. He doubled the price from what he quoted me in the beginning. I just want him to repair what he did not complete or give me some money back so i can hire someone else to do the job. He keeps telling me that he's coming over to do the job but has not return to do anything. I have receipts, pictures, texts and a contract for this complaint. Thanks so much.
