We had foundation stabilizing work and some waterproofing done in the basement of our very old home. The crew of Cameron, Chad, and Shawn were prompt and efficient. Working on a very cold day they did a great job and cleaned up the work site thoroughly. However, I am disappointed that there has been no follow up from the ‘58 company itself to see if we were satisfied.

We had our walkable basement encapsulated in July 2024. It looks absolutely amazing. The installation of the humidifiers was the answer to the moisture and dampness that we had recently experienced. The crew was professional, personable and very efficient. We are proud to give a big shout out to Anthony, Justice and Jacob. Will definitely use this company In the future if needed and will recommend to everyone.

1 starWe had water in the basement. 58 came out. Determined we needed extensive inside excavating and serious waterproofing, We held off. Additional company opinion walked us outside and suggested we simply effectively divert our downspout water well-away from the house. We did that at minimal cost and have had zero issues since. My point: 58 never took us outside to examine the source areas for the water. They spent an enormous amount of time demonstrating their sophisticated (expensive) internal system and never once walked outside.
