Excellent, very courteous and knowledgeable. The staff from the person who scheduled appointment on the phone to the service man who came to my home were outstanding. I received service and a new installed garage opener motor in less than three hours.

5 starsI am updating my review from 1 to 5 stars based on the customer service I received after contacting the company concerning my complaint (see below). After receiving my complaint, the customer service team contacted me to let me know that the owner had personally driven down to Chattanooga to speak to the technician who managed my call. I was assured that this is not how they like to do business. They want their customers to be happy! I’m very happy with the resolution they provided, and I would happily recommend them in the future.Review fromRuth H

Called Precision Door for repair-they were prompt, courteous and most of all fixed problem quickly with a fair price. Will only use them in future if needed.Precision Garage Door of Chattanooga

1 starNot happy at all!!!!! Spoke with Jerrod, the local manager regarding the fact that I changed my mind about a lifetime warranty on my garage door parts after only being given 2 options $600.00 to repair the spring or $1200.00 to repair the spring and the parts for a lifetime warranty. I would not recommend them to anyone...... Making me pay another trip charge to remove the other parts they put on yesterday. I would not recommend them to anyone.
