    I wish I had read the previous review here before hiring Alan S*******. Do not hire Alan / Roots Restoration. He talks a sweet talk, but he was unable to deliver on his commitment. He could not remember project details we discussed multiple times, his machine work is sloppy, and he simply does not having the experience or understand what it takes to grade a simple road/driveway. The culvert he installed doesn't slope downhill, and he pushed dirt into and over the culverts I had installed previously. He did half of the job in the middle of the night for some reason? And on top of all that, when we told him we wanted to part ways because he was failing at his job, he disappeared with the remainder of our deposit that was to be used for material. This guy is as low as they come-- hire someone else.

    Please be aware before you hire Alan S******* with Roots Restoration. I hired him in August 2021 and he failed to complete the job he was hired to do and he did not honor his termination agreement. I had to hire another company to complete the job, fix the portion of the job he did complete and I had to take him to court. As of June 2024, he still has not paid back all the money j he owes me. Please research this company and the owner before hiring them for any jobs.
