      I was told via email notice on Feb 13 that I owe $61.11 however I paid this amount at the end of January and it posted to my credit card account on 1/27/25. I have tried numerous times to get in touch with someone in their billing office through patient portal, phone calls and voicemails, but cannot get a response. When I checked their patient portal today, the amount has changed to $44.94, but I still have no explanation or phone call regarding why I owe this amount. I fear I could be sent to collections if I don't pay this bill.

      The patient's account balance is at zero (0).

      She spoke w/ two (2) different members of the FAH staff that confirmed her balance due.

      She made payment on 01.24.2025 & 02.24.2025.

      Our billing department emailed her the details on 03.06.2025.
