Roger helped me when purchasing my first home several years ago. I'm so glad that I contacted him again for the purchase of my new home. His knowledge and expertise are extensive and invaluable. He explains all of his observations and really takes the time to make sure that I understand all of his recommendations. He's great!

Roger answered all of our calls every single time and was super responsive and communicative. He was so thorough with his inspection and due to that we decided that the home needed more work than we wanted to take on. Without him we would have regretted our home choice and would have been way in over our heads. Thank goodness for him and his skill!!
