I have had many home inspections over the years and Roger was absolutely phenomenal. The inspection was one of the most thorough home inspections I have had. I have used Roger to inspect two separate homes. The first home I did not purchase strictly due to the issues Roger revealed to me during the inspection. While this was disappointing as a potential home buyer, it saved me years of lost time, money and heartache. The second and most recent home he inspected, Roger identified key issues during his rigorous inspection, these were issues I could resolve at a price that would make sense. I would suggest, if possible, to do the inspection with Roger for your benefit as the buyer. He points out so many minor details during the inspection that are not necessary for the inspection scope but are beneficial for the buyer. Roger is truly a subject matter expert in ALL areas of the home and a master at his craft. He goes above and beyond to answer and explain, he is very courteous and punctual. My realtor was very impressed with the inspection report. I have and will continue to recommend Roger to anyone seeking a home inspection. It is worth noting, Roger is NOT the cheapest but in comparison to what you are paying for the price of a good home vs a bad home you want to pay the most to get the best. Save money in the long run and call Roger!HomePro Inspection, Inc.
