      I bought a $40k 20 ft swim spa, delivery took 3 months longer than (J) had originally told me it would take, which was not a huge deal to me. Then at delivery the installer informed me that (J) forgot to order the upgraded $4500 hydraulic swim spa covers. Then after I had a custom deck made around the swim spa, it took over a year to get the covers in after my original order. At this point I was fine with it , they came and they installed them, but little did I know the installers did not place the brackets in properly and within the first month the covers bent and then finally broke due to the weight and improper installation. After the run around the installer came back out and used interior wood screws to install the hydraulic arms back to the bracket, which (J) told me “we’re a much more sturdier screw.” That of course only held up for a couple of weeks, and it fell and broke again. Through this entire process this business fails to take responsibility for their products or warranty and based on the BBB reviews the owner will always find a way to shade the customers into feeling like it’s always someone else’s fault. Now at this point I have a $500 month energy bill, damage to my deck/spa, and leaves clogging up my system because this company has refused to come out and address any of the issues with the covers that were never installed correctly or come up with an alternate solution, or even offer to charge me to fix the issue.

      This customer purchased a swim spa with a smart top (smart top is an after market product) from us for an Air B&B. We have never once had the problems with a smart top like this over the past few years we have been selling them. The renters seem to be mistreating the top causing many mounting screws to break. We went out to repair the damage once and they still seem to be too forceful with the cover system causing them to continue to break. We texted the customer on 11/14/2022 to find an alternate solution and/or try to seek a resolution from the cover maker. The customer still has not responded to the message as of 11/29/2022 even thought it shows the message was read by the recipient.
