    10/12/2022 $71.83 I had to cancel my reservation to this location due to personal matters I tried reaching out to the property 3 different times and Booking.com two times at minimum. Neither of us got ahold of the property till this afternoon. When I explained my situation to the manager he had informed me no one on the management team had been there last week due to fall break and that’s why no one had responded to any emails. This manager was extremely unprofessional and I did tell him I found it hard to believe that they left the hotel to be attended and ran by regular employees and ignored my comment. I’m concerned this property might not be following certain guidelines and I’m concerned for the employees and guests if no one actually was there for a week. I don’t know if it was an attempt at justifying why they never got back to me or booking but I think that’s a very concerning statement to make. At the end of the call I informed him I’d be reporting them to you guys and best western and Booking.com. I don’t think it’s right that employees be left without a manager. My initial request was for them to waive a fee never in my wildest dreams did I expect them to essentially admit to employee neglect

    The consumer booked a reservation, unfortunately due to the time frame she made reservation the 24 hour cancellation policy was not an option as it was a last moment reservation.  Out policy does not offer refunds for cancellations that are made after the 24 hour period.
