In September, 2023 I went to Oxygen Health Spa for Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy. I have a Traumatic Brain Injury, and was pushed into purchasing a package for 20 visits. During my first visit, I complained of ear pain, and it turned out I had a severe ear infection. I had to cancel my next few appointments. After meeting with my Pulmonologist, she diagnosed me with Ondines Curse, a rare illness that is NOT helped with HBOT. I reached out to the owner and discussed 'selling' my visits. This was in November. He assured me this would not be a problem. I have called himsix or seven times since then, also emailed. He has told me he has had "no luck" selling my visits. I asked him to sell them at a lower price, or in pieces (5 visits, or single visits). He said he would. Now, he refuses to take my calls. If he OFFERS the service of selling the visits, then he should make a GOOD FAITH attempt. He has not. I used ONE VISIT. My medical condition does not allow for additional time, and he has not made a good faith effort in selling my visits, as he said he would. I am out a lot of money, despite repeated attempts to work with ******* to fix this.

Yes, I have been trying (to get her unused sessions transferred). And if I have missed her calls, she has never left a voicemail. I will continue to try and work with this individual.
