    Not very helpful. I have been with Allstate over 40 years. I joined when their agents cared about their customers and did everything to keep them. ********************** never returns any of my calls. She never gives me a discount every six months like they advertise on TV, claiming my policy is so old it doesn't allow it. She also says I should keep it because they can never refuse my business. My current complaint is I paid six months ($169.83) on my 2002 Dodge Truck, [Esther had turned me over to her employee ***** to deal with me as she is too busy to talk to me anymore which was demonstrated a couple weeks ago when I purchased my 2022 **** Truck.] Two weeks later I no longer have my old truck and asked ***** to refund my money and remove my Truck from her policy. She did this, happily, and said she would return to me $69.41. That is her keeping $100+ dollars for only two weeks. This is wrong, I loose over half my amount paid which I paid after discounts. ***** claimed it was because of discounts and computer refiguring. I claim robbery because $50 dollars per week is way too much to pay for Insurance on a 22.7 year old truck with liability only. Therefore, after all these years of being a good customer to be so much for ********************** when the total for six months was $169.83, is totally unacceptable and the wrong way to treat a long-term customer. Mathematically it comes to only .93 cents per day, not $7.14 per day. Esther you got me this time, but there won't be a next time. I am shopping around for an agent who cares about their customers and does business in a way to actually keep them.
