    On 2/21/25 I saw an ad ‘$33 junk removal’. I attempted to confirm the “flat rate fee” to which the owner insisted he had to see it in person to give an estimate. He asked my budget & took a short glance at the pile and said he could only do it for the top of my budget $100. I need the large pile hauled off quickly & efficiently so I reluctantly agreed. He came back with only a truck and one helper. They chose to load the long boards first that have nails in them. These boards have as much hanging in the street as in the bed of the truck. They then pile doors, mailbox, burn barrel, & miscellaneous bits & pieces on top of the boards and use one singular strap to strap it down. This is not the proper equipment or method to use for these large of boards - very unsafe for other drivers on the roadway. While there he requested at least 3 times that I provide a review on both ******** & ****** so I agreed & left a decent review of 4 star out of 5 stars. I only complained of the price not being what was advertised & there was a handful of scraps I had to pick up on my own after they left. 5 hours after leaving the review I got multiple texts from the owner claiming I was a liar & demanding I “post the proof”. I had already included 3 pictures in my original review. I felt harassed and threatened by this response from the owner so I kept my response short & informed him I would add our conversation to my review. I edited my review from 4 stars to 1 star based on this interaction & blocked the owner from texting or calling me again. He then blocked me from their ******** page so I could not also leave a review there - although he asked multiple times that I do. 2 days later on a Sunday he responded to the review on ****** calling me a liar again & saying the “real pictures are posted” without actually posting any pictures in response. This is blatant lying & harassment from the owner to try & protect his business from less than perfect reviews. This is not a proper business.

    hi, thank you guys for informing me of this mishap i spoke with ****** ******* over the phone before arriving to her home. Everything was OK. I arrived at her home she said that she is only willing to pay $100 for the service we were already there so I replied OK let’s do it. ****** ******* watched me and a friend load up all of the debris on the right side of my truck. I kept a eye on her from my peripheral vision as she watched us clean the debris once we were done. I asked ****** three times. Is there anything else that you need us to get while we are here? Are you sure she replied yes, you guys have gotten everything I seen a piece of wood on the ground. I said do you mind if we take this piece of wood she said no I don’t take it so I had my friend loaded up then ****** sent me a **** *** for $100. I asked ****** to put a review for the services that she received on my company. ****** my business and ****** went on ****** and slandered my name for no apparent reason after completing the service is perfectly. I will post before and after in the post and I find out A month later, she’s going even father with the propaganda by reporting my business to the BBB. I’m not too sure if ****** motives are racially, motivated or competition motivated or just a angry woman, but either way she is not telling the truth regarding her comments.

    Attached photo is the debris that ****** ordered service to have removed she asked for the square big white piece to stay and the rest to be loaded ****** lied on my ****** by going and taking a picture of some other trash that had nothing to do with this debris she asked us to remove I personally, think ******** actions are racially motivated we gave her a perfect service. Excellent. Excellent customer service on time there’s no other reasons for her actions.

    I found the reason clearly she’s Competition trying to tear my business down here is her Junk removal company she’s just starting (attached ad).

    I am rejecting this response because: It is entirely false. I had initially left a good review on the services, and as you can see from my other ****** reviews I have made - I like to only leave good reviews. I only changed my review to a negative review AFTER the owner accused me of lying and harassed me 5 hours after he had been paid & I left the initial 4 start review. My BBB complaint is not racially motivated, but rather I am motivated to report the gross misconduct based on the level of disrespect this business owner has subjected me & others to since leaving my property. He has accused me of lying multiple times & now he is implying I am a racist angry woman, which is actually considered slander because it is not true in any regard. I refuse to stoop to Mr. Junk Wolf’s level and attack his character. Instead I will provide the facts I have: 
    I have not started a junk removal service. If I had the means or ability to start my own junk removal business I would have never solicited paying for the services from Mr. Junk Wolf in the first place. As you can see from screenshots included below the “****** Services” company has been around at least since August 2024. I have worked remotely in the global health realm since March 2022. I do NOT do manual labor or any side jobs outside my career. As you can also see from the screenshot from the ****** Services website as well as from my girlfriend’s conversation with the business, the owner and founder is ****** ****** - a man who lives in Ringgold Georgia. I have no relation or connection to the ****** Services company. You can confirm this by contacting the ****** Services Company. 
    Mr. Junk Wolf provided one video and one picture of the pile of junk I had asked him to haul off. Both in the picture and the video you can see evidence that I am not lying. In the beginning and end of the video you can see a yellow cord - this is an old pair of jumper cables that was left behind. You can see the same pair of jumper cables in left over debris picture. You can also see a piece of metal beside the yellow cord that is also seen in my left over debris picture. If you look closely you can see other bits and pieces here or there which proves that the pile of debris leftover was originally in the pile of debris he was asked to haul away.
    Another blatant lie that is easily proven wrong is that he claims my BBB complaint was initated a month after the incident when at this point in time it has not even been 3 full weeks. My complaint was issued the same day he responded to my ****** review on ****** calling me a liar again.
    Mr. Junk Wolf needs to be held accountable for his actions. He cannot attack customers for giving a review he requested for. He cannot be allowed to continue lying to protect himself. He also does not have the proper equipment to haul off junk, as his trailer was not large enough for the amount and size of the debris he was hauling. His business needs to be shut down to prevent him from continuing to try and bully his way to a halfway successful business.
