    The Landscape Group installed a new walkway in my back yard. The owner, **** ******, was on site the last day of the installation. It was installed and completed on 1/11/2023. My first contact with Mr. ****** was by text on May 17, 2023. I explained that the first two steps needed the final filler (Polybind) to be completed and sent him pictures. He responded by text "I'll be in the neighborhood week after next and I'll come by and take a look". I responded Thank you and to let me know day and time so I will be home. Never saw him and never heard back from him.
    The next time I texted was on September 1, 2023. Gave him my name and address, and asked did he drop by my house in May to look at the situation since I haven't heard from him. I asked him to please look again at the pictures I sent in May and let me know when he plans to complete the job. He responded on September 3 that "he did come by and then crossed it off my calendar before sending someone back to add the sand. I'm sorry then it completely slipped my mind. I will put you back up on the to do board. It will be a couple weeks before we are back in that side of town". No one ever showed.
    So, I texted him again on October 26, 2023, asking him again would he please get back to me about finishing my walkway. I asked him to call or text so we could schedule a time. This time he did stop by the house sometime in November, and He said yes, the steps needed the final step, and that it would be the week after next before anyone could get out there. (His famous line as far as I am concerned). Then he told me I shouldn't be texting him and I should have called because he could have been "on a dozer on the side of a hill" and not see my text". But I reminded him that he answered every text I sent him. If he hadn't, I would have called him. To be honest I didn't like that he was blaming ME for the job NOT being completed. To date I haven't heard from him. We paid him in full on 1/11/2023.

    I have not been contacted by the owner **** ****** to date.

    I am surprised he is ignoring your efforts to contact him.

    I guess I should feel special because he at least responded to my texts, but as I have told you he never followed though.
