      I submitted an exchange for a ******* ** on 12/21/23. They submitted this request to Kenco. I have attempted to contact Kenco customer service multiple times over the past few weeks using their automated line, and every time I transferred to the branch met to handle my location, there would be a 2 minute pause and the line would disconnect. There was no option to leave a voicemail. I reached out to distribution centers surrounding my area, but no luck. I filled out their online form, but never received a response. From ********* end, this exchange was "completed" and they advised for me to contact Kenco. On 1/16/24, I received a text message from one of their representatives from Kenco transportation. They only send a team to Montana every 3 weeks, and planned to schedule an appointment the week of 1/29. Unfortunately, I am scheduled to be out of country at that time, but my neighbors thankfully agreed to handle this for me. There is a bridge to my home that cannot accommodate anything larger than a box truck. I tried, once again, to contact ***** from Kenco to ensure a smooth transition for delivery, but no response to text messages or voicemails. I just need to talk to an actual human about this very frustrating situation.

      I purchased a ******* Refrigerator on November 2, 2023. On December 8, 2023 the unit completely died. Due to being under the manufacture warranty, ******* sent out their repair company to assess and fix the unit. The unit was deemed unrepairable and would need to be exchanged. On December 22, 2023, ******* informed me that the trucking company, Kenco, would be contacting me to schedule the delivery and exchange and this would be completed by January 14, 2024. On January 4, 2024, ******* reached out to me to let me know that they received confirmation that Kenco had received my unit and that they would be reaching out to me to schedule the delivery before January 14, 2024. ******* gave me an email address for Kenco (************************) along with a case number (**********). ******* advised me to email them to expedite my delivery. I have emailed the company multiple times and the only response I have received is that they are currently working on scheduling. My replacement unit has been sitting in their warehouse for almost two weeks and I am not getting an answer from Kenco as to when I can expect the item to be delivered. ******* states it is out of their hands as the exchange has been closed on their end and that I need to wait for Kenco.

      I have been trying to have a Samsung 70 in TV pickup made for 2 months. Scheduled twice and they were a no show. Unable to receive credit for the television until it has been picked up. I would like to resolve this issue. Will not respond to calls or email.
