    I was promised $150 for completing an online fragrance **** interaction for Wilkins Research. This occurred on April 2nd, I was told I'd be compensated within 7-10 business days. It has now been twelve, and with another weekend approaching.. I feel disrespected with the lack of communication I've been given post-project. I simply want to be paid for what I was promised to be paid for...

He was paid his full incentive and redeemed his e-gift cards on 4/18. He redeemed one e-card for $75 towards a ********** and two e-cards to *** ******** (one for $25 and one for $50).     Wilkins Research scammed me. This company has no integrity at all. I was invited by Wilkins Research to participate in a study about hot sauce. Per their email, I was instructed to go to ******* on a specific date and time to complete the study. I followed their instructions and showed up as scheduled. However, when I arrived, I was told I was not on the schedule.

    The representative on-site assured me that I would still be compensated $145 for the confusion. It has now been over two weeks, and I have yet to receive the promised payment. I have reached out to Wilkins Research multiple times regarding this matter, but they have ignored all my attempts to resolve the issue.

    This behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional. They made a commitment to compensate me for their mistake, and they need to honor that commitment immediately. I expect to receive the $145 owed to me without further delay.

    Unfortunately, I was unaware of your circumstances in that you showed up to participate, but were turned away. I also didn't get any messages from you myself personally or through the company website. In tracking this down, one of my colleagues showed you tried to contact her twice on her cell phone.

    We certainly were due to pay you for your efforts and I deeply apologize.

    I hope you will give us some grace on our internal miscommunication. We deal with hundreds of respondents weekly and always are well known and highly regarded for timely payments with no issues. This was an accidental mishap. Again, please accept all of our apologies.

    I attended a research study on Thursday, June 20th at 5pm. It lasted two hours. I was to get paid $150. I was told by on June 25th from ****** that my $150 payment would be sent to me via email within 7-10 business days of the date of the study. She told me I would receive an email from ******. It is now July 12th and I have received no such payment. I have reached out to ****** as well as others and have not received a response.

    Ms ******** ******** and Wilkins Research have cleared up the issue. We submitted her e-gift card on 7/1 via our vendor, ********. After the initial BBB notification, we reached out to her and resent it to her. She has since redeemed it for Instacart. All is well with Ms. ******** ******** now.

    I did a mock jury for them on 12/1/23 and they said I would receive a 300 dollar check in the mail in one to two weeks. Well, it's been two weeks and I STILL haven't received this check yet. I haven't gotten an update, a conformation, nothing. It's really frustrating.

    ******** participated on 12/1, we mailed her first check on 12/7. She never contacted us until Saturday, the 16th to say she had not received it. None of us were in the office, but got her inquiry from the 16th and the complaint she made to BBB on the AM of the 18th. We spoke to her that same day. The address on her first check had a typo so it never made it to her. We stopped payment on the first check, reissued her a second check, and send priority mail on the 18th. This new check has cleared our bank so she has now received it.

    They offer $175 for your time to take a survey about a product and never send you the money, even after you’ve conducted their survey and spam you with additional “opportunities” without any resolution.

    We tried to contact ******. He has redeemed 2 gift cards in the past for previous research studies. Nothing we have in our system shows he is due a payment of $175. We tried to call him and left him a voice mail to see what he believes he is missing payment for. We show everything has been paid he is due.

    I have been a member of your site for a little over 2 years. I was finally able to cash out this month, on October 2nd, for a $25 gift card. I received a confirmation that the gift card would arrive soon, however it hasn't.

    On October 3rd, I logged into your site to do some more surveys but it said there was a technical issue and to contact. I sent a message asking why I was unable to log in and now I received an email stating my account was deactivated for fraud. I have not, nor would I ever commit fraud! I did each survey honestly. I am requesting you open my account back up and send me the $25 gift card. I spent many hours completing many surveys and deserve to get paid as promised. Please re-check my account and take care of this problem.

    Date of Focus Group: 8/25/22 11:30am-4:00pm. Payment $175.00 by check, which I was not thrilled about, but was assured the check w/b issued and put in the mail the same day as the focus group session: 8/25/22.
    I called Wilkins Research on 8/31/22, inquiring about the mailed check. I was repeatedly assured that yes, the check was immediately issued 8/25/22 late afternoon, and promptly mailed out that day, Thursday, 8/25/22. The woman stated that I should be receiving the check by the end of this week. I consider Monday-Saturday business days for the US Post Office, and actually, they also work on Sunday, sorting the mail. I inquired about the check on Friday, 9/2/22, and I get a totally different story, and I am not happy at all. Why not a direct deposit, which would be much more efficient, and cut down on all the complaints that BBB has to handle! Very few industries actually mail out checks these days! If the check was issued promptly on 8/25/22, and mailed as well, I should already have the check by now. I did a great job as a participant in their focus group and followed all the rules. I mean no harm; I just want the payment. It doesn't help that 2 other research companies are playing similar games, Wilkins Research just happens to be my 1st complaint

    I'm sorry the check has not yet been received. Surely, the post office will deliver soon. Also, I think the direct deposit idea would give people more concerns. We would hate to have to ask banking account information just to have them participate. If you don't get your check soon, please reach out again. Maybe the holiday yesterday slowed down the mail a bit.
