      In October 2024 I sent an ultrasound machine to Chattanooga Medical Supply for repairs. I followed the protocol listed on their website including sending the unit with their Equipment Service Return Authorization form. I then paid to ship the ultrasound machine to them and had gotten confirmation of delivery via the tracking number. I have not heard from them since. I have called approximately 6-7 times during their business hours and left a message each time. One time a woman answered the phone and said she would contact the warehouse and call me back, which she did not. I have emailed them regarding this matter with no avail. I have had zero contact with them despite my numerous attempts. I am filing a complaint as I have been forced into a corner because the company will not contact me back. They are responsible, at the very least, to send my ultrasound machine back to me without any repairs.

      The unit was received and sent to a third-party repair facility. Unfortunately, the repair shop spent a considerable amount of time attempting to fix the machine. During this time, I was in communication with **** ******. I’m not sure who ***** ****** is, but I assume he works with **** ******. I was informed by the repairman that he was unable to repair the machine and communicated his findings to **** in an email sent on May 12, 2025. **** responded that she was disappointed and mentioned that they might need to purchase another machine. However, due to the lengthy repair time, she requested a discount on the new machine. I’m offering a deep discount on a new machine in an email to **** ******.
