      December 7, 2022 I purchased a CPAP machine from Medical Necessities.....PURCHASED, not RENTAL. Since the purchase, I've been billed monthly for rental fees for said machine due to their mistake in submitting information to my insurance company. I've been in contact via telephone, and have even made an in person visit to Medical Necessities regarding this issue. A representative from my insurance company has also been in contact with them. For MONTHS now we have been working with these idiots trying to get this issue resolved. Today I learned that the once again submitted paperwork....again with RENTAL marked instead of PURCHASE which means we have gotten NOWHERE! What a joke! I'm now being told I will be sent to collections for non payment. I'm beginning to wonder if these people are really that incompetent, or are they masters of insurance fraud????? In my opinion, it may be time for an audit.
      I would like this issue RESOLVED, and I would like any overpayment returned to me ASAP as I'm sure I've been over billed. I would also advise anyone to run as far from this business as they can.
