      I would not recommend Keith Monuments. I contacted them in September 2023 about my mother's monument, and after much back-and-forth, we finally selected what we wanted. Unfortunately, it took over a year—one year and two months after my initial conversation—for the monument to be placed on her grave.  When I visited the cemetery, I found that the wrong stone had been installed, which was a complete disaster. I asked Ms. Sheila K**** to have it redone, and she agreed, promising that it would be completed by my mother's birthday. However, it wasn't finished until a week and a half later. This entire ordeal has made it incredibly difficult for me to grieve my mother's passing properly.  We had planned a balloon release for her birthday, with family and friends traveling from near and far to join us. Unfortunately, the correct stone was still not replaced in time for the event. I inquired about receiving some compensation for the inconvenience this process caused, but Ms. K**** later informed me that her board decided they owed me nothing. This was the last matter I needed to address since my mother's passing in December 2022.  The customer service I experienced was deplorable; Ms. K**** consistently failed to return calls as promised. I have never encountered a company that communicates so poorly and does not adhere to its initial commitments. I would never recommend Keith Monuments to any grieving family, and I am determined to prevent others from going through a similar ordeal. Additionally, I found that Keith Monuments is extremely expensive compared to other options in the area. I highly recommend **** *********. Rena
