Had my son take his car to integrity chevy. Instructions were clear. Diagnose and report. I'm out of town. My son will bring it in
The called him to approve a $7000 repair to the clutch and the service tech said "sixty six seventy". A kid hears 66.70 and had no idea what was going on.
Needless to say, dwight m***** is a real piece of work. Taking advantage of a kid, unwilling to talk to me and explain his reasoning. Replaced a transmission that was already under warranty, then held the car hostage until we paid the bill.
Lance, service manager was great to work with. Negotiated half the bill. The owner, dwight (integrity yea right) made the service department pay the rest. Again, a real piece of work.
I hope somebody reads this and decides to deal with the ****** family dealerships (a more ethical family than Morgan's). Go to ** **** ***** and do business.
At the end if the day, these ******* know what their doing. Hold a car, force a civil suit. After legal fees, people just end up paying the bill. **** **** **** * ******** ** * ***** ** ****** **** *** ****** ********
Avoid this dealership. They dont know the meaning of integrity.

I had taken my 2014 Silverado truck in for oil change and tire rotation. I have on my truck custom 20inch DUB rims that have been discontinued. The tech that rotated my tires, broke 2 of the center rim caps. I noticed that the center caps where missing once I got home. I drove my truck back to Integrity and spoke with service manager. The mangager stated that the center caps was on the truck when i left the shop. When took my truck to 3-4 rim shops in Chattanooga I was informed the the tech had to have over tightened the lug nuts and cracked and broke the center caps, because all the allen screws are still in position on the rims. I placed a call to Integrity requesting a return call with no response.

Zero- got oil change, get leaking Freon through vents, smell. Which I was early for appointment and sat there 1 1/2 hours. Then I missed appointment for smell issue intended to make another, then charging system alert, Wmt auto checked if there was enough oil because I was smelling burnt oil after 5 min. drive from work, thinking integrity didn’t fill it with oil, found oil cap missing, Wmt filled with oil and they found cap and put it on. Oil was all over motor, then later car shut down. Had it towed to integrity, 11-22-23, they told me ready to pick up 11-27-23, I asked if they would find out why Freon smell coming in cab and tighten hoses and replace Freon , they didn’t, because smell stopped and no heater, they said alternator replaced and belt and battery charged. I asked if battery was checked for weakness in holding charge, he replied charging system ok. I feel like taking vehicles there will have more problems and money than when you first started with them. I’m wondering if alternator was replaced or just cleaned, I’m noticing also squealing belt. So if battery is ok it won’t be if not charging properly.

    Very bad experience.
My suburban had symptoms of a bad "brain control module," and the dealer diagnosis was a bad battery cable. They tried telling me that it would be a 4 hr labor charge, plus another $400 for the part. I researched what they told me and it is a 30 min job with a part available for $50-100. I negotiated a price of $350, but the problem persisted. I brought it back, but on leaving the second tome made it 2 blocks and was left stranded
They now want another $800 to $900 to replace 3 more battery cables. Clearly, way over priced repair, but are refusinng to negotiate. No integrity there, and the service manager refuses to comment on his nefarious employee.
