    Purchased a brand new 2024 Atlas as a delivery vehicle for our business, which was discussed extensively with the salesperson and sales manager. From day one the navigation system malfunctioned. It randomly drops the navigation directions and thinks it is miles from its actual location. VW claims it is an Apple CarPlay issue which it clearly is not as the problem also occurs when using only the built-in VW navigation system and CarPlay is disconnected. VW confirmed awareness of the problem and re-set the navigation system, saying "It may fix it, it may not." It did not. The local salesperson offered to do a buyback, then immediately rescinded that offer (we assume after reporting that offer to his sales manager, who knew it meant returning our very large cash down payment). VW corporate has refused our request for a buyback (to simply undo the sale, not for any additional compensation), our request for an equal exchange for a properly working vehicle, and even our request of a loaner vehicle while they attempt repair. We have since spoken to Atlas owners dealing with the same issue back to 2021. Village Volkswagen and their staff are fully aware of this issue and continue to sell these cars with faulty navigation systems to unknowing customers. We regret ever stepping foot in this dealership. BUYER BEWARE!
