  Zero stars if I could. After 3 years of using this firm for my disability claim and my final denial I am extremely disappointed in the lack of communication and being passed around to different paralegals. I was promised a weekly update which I never received. I met with my assigned attorney 30 minutes prior to my hearing with the judge which went extremely well so the attorney stated, yet again another denial. Appealed that decision and denied again. I am now released from them because I will not start over again with this firm. My assigned attorney tells me the SSDI got it wrong and I only wonder why, what could they have done better for me??? Sorry I put my faith in them.

  I received a refund check that I wasn't expecting to get, and Barbie S****** contacted me to let me know of this and I was so thrilled. She was amazing in keeping me up to date on when to come by and pick up the check. She and Sheila W****** who is the front desk receptionist was Amazing. I appreciate both of these ladies.

  MY car was rear ended causing a 5 car accident. I was injured. I talked with A J about the problem. He said that he would handle all the details and communicate with me with updates. He did NOT! I would have to call and leave messages about any available updates. My case went on for over two years. During those two plus years I had many medical treatments needed costing thousands of dollars. Finally, a mediation was held. All my medical treatments were NOT considered in the settlement offer. AJ did not fight for me. He didn't even show evidence! What a WASTE OF TIME! I trusted them and there reputation. NEVER again!

  Their Dalton office had our case for months, a neglect case, but time ran out. The only communication I got with when was when I called them. After looking at the files they had of ours the first stack was wrong. Was never asked questions or asked about anything except in the first meeting. The only ones they talked to was the hospital staff or that's what they said. We sent pictures of evidence, was never ask a word about it. This was the worse thing we have ever had happen. I will never forgive the nurses and staff at those hospitals or Warren and Griffin. They all neglected the most important thing in my life, my wife.
  I Met John M***** at that first meeting, for about 2 minutes and then only got texts from Perry P**l.
  They decided we did not have a case once the time was about to run out. Then had some other guy tell us we had no case.
  I would never trust them again with a case.

  They spend more time on cases and less on commercials I might not still be waiting since June 2021. When you only have 20% of your heart pumping and could put my name on a heart donors list if I wanted to. I'm eligible. I don't think all my info has been presented haven't had but 1 call from them unless I left a message to call me. No keeping you Informed. This probably won't make it to there reviews but it's true. I'm sorry don't put food on the table. If you really need the disability don't call them. If your scaming the system. They might do for you. Good luck people.
