      I highly recommend Physical Therapist, Dr. Tai M**** at Benchmark Physical Therapy!
      My spinal surgeon had scheduled me for surgery but decided that I should first go to PT. Dr. M**** did an initial assessment and felt PT could greatly reduce my lower back pain and limited movement symptoms. She scheduled 3 appointments just prior to that scheduled surgery.
      By the end of the 3rd session, shockingly, I was able to cancel my surgery because under her care, the pain and limited movements, began to improve significantly! Her initial assessment was exactly right. After more sessions I was able to sign up with a professional trainer toward maintaining and further strengthening my back.
      As an extra note, Dr. Tai M**** gave me links on special exercises that I can continue to use and did an excellent job communicating with me throughout the process.

      I paid the minimum copay of 15 dollars at the time of my appointment and all I really needed to pay was 12 dollars according to my insurance . Now I can’t get any response about a refund for 2 months of therapy . Shady company . Don’t do business with them .i went to the office in statesville nc and the employees there say they know nothing about the billing . Real good bunch of employees .
