    My view on this company is that it's a SCAM.
    They keep sending E-mails for "Free" stuff.
    I purchased two music books as I had thought it was a good price - big mistake
    They now had my credit card details.
    So, they kept sending me more E-mails for "Free stuff"
    Finally, they sent me a link in an E-mail "Click here to get your free book"
    So, I was foolish and "chicked here"
    -- Only to discover I had inadvertently signed up and paid for a year's subscription to their "Academy"
    Fortunately for me, I did not have enough money in my account and the payment failed.
    I sent them E-mails complaing but apparantly they did not read the E-mails or pay any attention to what I had writte.
    They kept responding to state that I had subscribed and had to pay.
    I would advise anyone to stay clear of this web site - in my view it's a SCAM..

    This is a scam! Charged for a membership I did not have, tried to cancel and was forced to watch a video saying I could get two months free with still no chance to cancel membership!! Emailed, called (no human available), went to website- tried every route for over an hour!!

    Same story as the other review. Our family tried to order a piano book from the website that is extremely confusing and tries every shady sales tactic to try and upsell you. We received an unexpected international charge 60 days later and was told we had a “free trial” that we had not signed up for and would be charged every month. We have tried to cancel and they are not acknowledging our request. I am trying to dispute the charge with my credit card. Please don’t do business with this disreputable company. It’s practices are anti-customer to the extreme.

    Ryan K**** is the person who was posting this page about Piano by Pictures,I thought It would be great to learn A little piano,but I ordered a free set by using my American Express card,then I saw at the end it said I will be charged every month for new stuff,it’s not at all I had intended to pay every month for,I’m A 72 year old senior on social security,so I can’t afford to pay every month,also $34.00. Is a lot,anyways I also realized I used my husbands American Express card,not mine.they are the same,so right away I sent message after message to not send me anything,within 5 minutes of realizing,but they said it’s too late it has been shipped already,so I got a book the next dat,but didn’t open it,I will return it to post office.the sent me more messages offering me deals,wow how stressful,please help me stress to them I don’t want it,sorry I don’t know what else to do.thank you June P******
