  Mike H***** has been a wonderful plumber and consultant for us on a number of occasions. Most recently I called him personally to ask for help with the back flow on my irrigation meter. I had a person qualified out to test it and he claimed it failed and he would need over $800 to repair it. Fortunately, I called Mike for his opinion on this situation. With out hesitation, he gave me the name of a company I should call. They came out right away and determined that it did not fail! Once again Mike helped us out. I will always recommend him. He's an honest man and that is hard to find.

  Very bad experience. Sent an inexperienced,rude tech out with a broken camera. Was initially charged for the time it took tech to realize camera was broken and the time it took them to go get a working camera. It took a couple weeks to refute the hourly charge on this as I had to reach out multiple times via email asking for a call back. I then missed initial call back but called back the next day and unable to get ahold of GM. Then while actively working to resolve the issue with the GM, Heather reached out to my realtor asking for my information and telling him how I’m refusing to pay-despite multiple emails stating I wanted to get this resolved so I could pay them. Rather than asking for my current address during one of our many emails or calling me back and forth, including the emails the day she contacted my realtor. When I tried to address this unprofessional behavior with her, she says it’s just my opinion.
  In the end I got no info from them and we settled on I’d pay 2.5 hours of labor(the time he was there with a working camera). I will say the tech they sent has since been fired and the GM was professional and did try to resolve the issue in an equitable way but the process to get to that point was very difficult and unprofessional with marred poor communication. Though I have heard good things about this company I unfortunately did not get that experience.

  Jorge from South East Total service showed up at my door 15 minutes ahead of schedule. He asked about the problem with the cleanout line and immediately went to work. Once the drain was running freely he replaced the damaged cleanout pipe to prevent further problems. Hands down the best plumbing company I have called and have added them to my contact list.

  The only company I could find to work on my sewer pump and fix it at reasonable price. They coordinated the electrician with their visit saving me a lot of trouble. Had to come out 6 years later to fix something another company cheated me on and didn’t fix. Cleaned up and was very polite and helpful.
