    Terrible property management. They are not responsive to issues going on in their units. They do not check to make sure their units are clean/ready for move in before renting to tenants. It takes multiple phone calls to get someone on the phone/someone who actually can answer your questions. They have too many units/ too little attention to detail to keep up with what is going on with each unit. Was told one thing on the phone and then when it was discussed again a few weeks later they forgot what they said before. Beware to future tenants as well as homeowners looking to use the company.

    Absolutely the worst experience in over 35 years of real estate. Very condescending and really just cutting corners to save $$ at homeowners expense. Telling homeowners to wait on hold for 2.5 hours - yes that is correct - Marlene W*** stated the homeowner should wait on the phone for her partner to arrive for 2.5 hours because she would not help. Multiple attempts to work with these folks only show the true lack of accountability and professionalism needed in a management company.
