    House felled epb inspection miserably Windows falling off track house has mold in it floor is falling down cabinets fell on my baby had to take her to the hospital and get her check they never come and fix things and they went up on my rent never fixes anything and section 8 took them off the section 8 list because they are slumlords I gave them money before I even got into the house still haden move in after they took my money and I was still living in hotel after they received my money telling me that they was still working on the house I had to make them put me in another house until they supposedly finished witch the results was awful and misleading and they are very untrustworthy they are not real people they lie cuz conniving and conceiving

    We deeply regret the challenges you're currently facing. As the management company for the new owners who acquired your home May 2024, our ability to assist has been unwavering. 

    Prior to the change in ownership, we endeavored to address all maintenance issues promptly and maintain open communication on general matters. Recognizing your fixed income, we refrained from implementing rent increases since your move-in date in August 2019 as well.

    The new owners have scheduled a comprehensive remodel of the recently acquired property, necessitating its vacation which seemingly triggered your angst. While alternative units were offered, we understand they did not align with your budget.

    Regarding Section 8, we lease to many program participants and would gladly collaborate with you upon securing a voucher to identify a suitable alternative unit.

    Regarding your refund request, as you've been a resident for five years as of next month, please contact our office to provide further details.

    We sincerely apologize for any current inconveniences and understand the frustration this situation may cause. We remain committed to collaborating with you towards a more satisfactory resolution.
