    On April 25, 2022 ******* **** was supposed to clean and seal my gutters. He was also supposed to install a storm drain and place gravel around the foundation of the house. I paid him $3,250 for a job that he didn't complete. Rain is still coming through my gutters and he didn't properly install the drain. He also didn't properly place the gravel around the house. He only placed the drain pipes around a few sections of my house and not all around the areas that he should have. The pipes are visible, so he didn't place it underneath the ground deep enough and the drains aren't connected. He originally tried to disguise what he did by placing straw over the pipes. I reached out to him twice advising of my concerns and he still haven't tried to rectify the issues. The last time I reached out to him was January 2023.I would like to request a full refund.

    I cannot be responsible for nature. If it rains and it floods, that is not my responsibility. Everything was fine for a year until the weather got bad and started raining and flooding and she still thinks I am responsible. I did everything that was listed on the contract and that is why she paid me. I am not responsible for what happens a year later.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    The gutters were not sealed so rain was still coming through the gutters after he was supposed to seal them. The French drains were not installed properly. They were exposed and they shouldn't have. They should have been at least 8 feet underground and they were supposed to be connected. They were supposed to covered with gravel and he didn't do that.
