      I moved into Rise at Signal Mountain on August 8, 2022. Upon signing my lease, I was informed that the apartment “needed some work done” but it was all minor fixes. When I viewed the apartment, the main thing that I noticed were missing dry wall in the bathroom behind the commode. All that was there was a piece of card board. The property manager informed me that it would be fixed immediately. I do not believe it was fixed until week 2 or 3 of my residency there. About a week into my residency at Rise, I noticed that there was a cockroach infestation within my apartment. After time and time again of trying to get someone to do something, pest control was finally called to come and service my apartment. Next, on September 12, 2022, I noticed mold growing under my bathroom sink. I immediately contacted the property manager and informed her of the issue. She told me that her guys would be right on it. I do not believe that anything was ever done regarding the mold issue. Today, 9/29/22 I have seen the mold growing more rapidly. I have medical documentation stating the severity of my health issues against mold. I have been experiencing health issues due to this mold issue and I can’t seem to get anyone to do anything.
