    Excellent people to deal with. Josh was professional and courteous did what he said, gave options no hard up selling. Brian and team worked all day despite the heat, did outstanding work and knows what he is doing! Thank you for helping me and fixing my problem!

    Langley sold me a roof repair job for two leaks, pulling off my metal roof and reinstalling it properly. They've been out many times because the leaks only stop temporarily and inevitably return. Now they are grinding into the story that it's not my roof at all causing the leaks. This, after having me spend thousands of dollars on a new dormer, they want to find another red herring issue for me to throw more money away at although 2 roofers, including one of their own have told me that the roof is leaking because they cut corners and didn't install it correctly.

    I made the mistake of paying the bill the evening they finished the job. They were to replace some gutting and hook up the downspout to the new gutter. We had wind the next day and the downspout all came down. I called them and several days later and they sent a man who took pictures.. Also one of the gutters was too short. Several days went by. I emailed them with a complaint as to why no followup. They said they had been calling me without responce from me. I must say I might have missed some calls. My smart and land line phones did not show any calls. I used another contracter who fixed the downspout and found that several more brackets were need to attach the gutter to the house. I emailed them about a partial refund. They said I had to call to get it. Two days ago I called. They were to get back to me. No surprise they have not called. I'm sure they hope that I will just write this off as another of life's lessons and go away. Too bad the BBB really has no real power to something.

    I was very disappointed in Langley's roofing service. The roofers broke an item on our front porch (and didn't tell us) and also damaged both our front and back gutters that we had installed just recently. Langley has not taken measures to rectify the gutter problem. Moreover, the workers were on the roof working multiple nights *well after dark.* I'm sure OSHA would have a few things to say about that.
