    I put a deposit down, see attached, for 38ft of guttering with a leaf filter across the front of my house and as of today 10/30/24 the only communication I get from Mighty Dog Roofing is when I reach out and I still do not have a completed job. I have been given dates for installation and nobody shows up I have been promised by the owner that the GM will contact me and they did not and then after getting back with owner the GM did contact me and assure me face to face and with a hand shake he would contact me today 10/30/24 before noon and I have heard nothing. I would either like them to complete the job and if they do not or cannot do the job fully refund my $630.00

    Completion
    of the Job: The special-order half-round gutters were installed on
    10/31. The corresponding gutter guards will be installed on 11/13 to bring
    the project to a close.
    Offer
    a Direct Point of Contact: Moving forward, we will ensure that you
    have a dedicated point of contact who will be available to answer any
    questions. The President and Co-Owner, **** ****, will be available.


    We appreciate your patience and understanding and we value
    your business. Your satisfaction is important to us and we are dedicated to
    resolving this issue.
