    Firehouse subs on Gunbarrel is a JOKE . Firehouse Subs Firehouse Subs Gunbarrel They messed our food up ,so we come in to get it fixed after waiting 30 min for our subs because they’re all in there arguing with each other our meals are messed up and she says well you’ll have to wait again I have 6 subs so I said ok that’s fine we have somewhere to be I’ll take a refund. She starts talking to me like s*** and sticking her hand in my face . The boy **** proceeds to tell me “shut the f*** up b****”. AND THEN put a zerod out refund after for $0 . Wasted my time and money on c***** service and food. I have a video of it as well !

    The incident in question escalated quickly as a result of the guest becoming confrontational after wanting a refund for a half eaten sandwich as well as an uneaten sandwich. She was offered a refund for the uneaten sandwich and proceeded to throw the food at the staff when they wouldn’t refund her for both. While one of the members of the staff did react inappropriately, verbally, at the time, it was in defense of his teammate who was trying to resolve the issue and refund the guest. This teammate in question was terminated as a result. The shift leader dealing with the situation was trying to refund the guest and was being berated and sworn at and finally asked the guest to leave without finalizing the refund.  We were and are happy to refund the guest for the mistake we made on one sandwich, but did not appreciate the inappropriate actions on the part of the complainant.
