      I wish i coukd leave 0 stars!
      I made a purchase Mid March 2023 and it is June now have not received any of the skates or other products ordered. I had no idea about the companies issues last year and now the website is gone. I feels so cheated. They were having financial issued and I feel as though I have been used to aid on them getting payments to others they own money too. This seems to be my only other method of recourse now. It is really unfortunate. Makes it difficult to support small businesses at all.

      They were letting myself and others place orders and now the website it down. I placed my order in May and really wanted to give the company a chance to deliver. When I went to check on my order the entire website was down. There was NO WAY to get in contact with customer service/support. I don't have a lot of money it hurts because I can't afford another pair. Unfortunately I'm seeing everywhere NOW the place is being investigating for Fraud. Before I make any purchase going forward I will check to make sure they are approved by the BBB. This was a very costly mistake.

      Would DEFINITELY give them zero stars. I do not even blame myself for not doing research before purchasing from these guys because their skates and website look Legit and I was interested, However on their Website it states that we should wait 2-3 weeks because of covid and the massive amount of orders. I purchased my skates on Feb. 13th, 2023. It has been A MONTH and I have still not recieved any updates on my order and I have recently filed a dispute with my bank after Emailing, Trying to Chat on their website, and DMing them on their Social and have gotten ZERO response. They have tons of comments of other people who have the same situation going on and they only pay attention to the people who are happy because they recieve their order from someone else as a gift. I do not and WOULD NOT trust Moonlight Roller if you plan to buy skates. They will Steal your money and although the Tracking app they go through attempts to help, They can't because Moonlight will create the Shipping Label to start a Tracking Number and never send your items and just take you money. BTW Shipping is like 20-30 bucks for 3-5 business days and Im still havent received my skates to this day. 0 STARS
