    I ordered a product on 11/23/2024. It had not arrived by 12/23/2024, so I reached out to the business. The business replied stating my product would be delivered within 2 days. I reached out again on 12/26/2024 without response. On 12/30/2024, I requested a refund, and the business did not respond. I still have not received the item from the business as of today 2/16/2025.

    On November 23, 2024, a customer placed an order from us. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen issues with ****, the package was not delivered within the expected timeframe. The customer reached out to us on December 23, 2024, inquiring about the delay, and we responded by stating that the orders will be delivered before Christmas (that's what **** shared to us). However, when the customer followed up on December 26, 2024, they did not receive a response. On December 30, 2024, the customer formally requested a refund, but due to an oversight on our part, their request was not addressed at that time. As of February 16, 2025, the customer reported that they had not received their order or a refund.


    **** Tracking System Failure: Starting November 27, 2024, **** Chattanooga experienced technical issues, causing delays in scanning and tracking shipments. Their facility was overwhelmed with Black Friday orders, which resulted in significant delays and rerouting of packages.

    Communication Gap: While we sent notice of the disruption, we accidentally missed this specific customer’s follow up email due to high holiday season shipping disruption emails 

    Internal Oversight: The refund request was not processed promptly, leading to customer dissatisfaction.


    The customer disputed the charge, and the bank ruled in their favor. The customer was refunded.



    Corrective Actions Taken on our side: 

    Improved Customer Support Response: To prevent similar oversights, we are implementing a more structured approach to handling customer inquiries, ensuring all emails are acknowledged and responded to within 24-48 hours. 

    Enhanced Order Tracking Communication: We will improve proactive communication regarding shipping delays by updating customers through multiple channels, including email, website notifications, and social media.


    We have sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this situation has caused the customer. While the shipping delay was outside our control, we recognize that our response time was not up to our usual standard. We are committed to learning from this experience and implementing better processes to enhance customer satisfaction moving forward.
