      I went to the Hayes Hand Center on a worker’s compensation claim and Dr. J****** concluded my accident caused severe carpal tunnel bilaterally and golf elbow bilaterally. I had surgery on one hand and shots on all the other places because worker’s compensation wouldn’t agree to surgery until they tried shots. Once I had surgery I still was having complications and popping in both wrists and elbows, and also lingering carpal tunnel issues. His therapist recommended a TENS unit and also suggested that more testing on neck may be needed, he proceeded to call and cancel the tens unit himself and refused their recommendation. He then insulted me the next 3-4 appointments from challenging my manhood by saying he has saw little women drive a bus, implying that I just didn’t want to work and compared my regular vehicle to a commercial vehicle saying did you drive here so you can work, all the way to saying if I did not go back to work I would be unhireable in the city of Chattanooga; I have texted messages confirming him say the unhireable bit and a recording from my last visit where he continued to disrespect me and held me in his office for 2 1/2 hours. He released me back to work still injured and said all of the things he previously listed as problems were no longer relevant and he also issued me a disability rating without doing any testing to confirm or deny my level of disability, he actually gave me the lowest rating you could give after completing surgery. The rating the he had to give me within 21 days was mailed to me 3 plus months after he released me. I would not recommend Hayes Hand Center because they are in with worker’s compensation and are easily swayed into doing whatever the worker’s compensation tell them to do.
